Firstly download the CRM Plugin!

A new version that doesn’t have the ability to create the forms but does act more like a crm is available. Download Cregy CRM.

      Upload the file: “webdezine_crm.php” and folder “webdezine_crm” to your wordpress plugins folder
      Activate the plugin in your WordPress admin interface
      That’s it! You are ready to start creating forms and getting results.
      The CRM plugin is located in the submenu of the “Manage” tab
